In September 2008, Herr Foods, located in Nottingham, Pennsylvania in the 16th Congressional District, participated in the Food Export-Northeast-sponsored SIAL Mercosur Food Show PLUS!^TM where they were introduced to a distributor from Argentina.

According to Aurelio Romero, International Sales Manager, “The Food Show PLUS!^TM services provided us with a wealth of valuable information on the market, including detailed information on our competition, as well as one-on-one meetings with qualified buyers. We made several new distributor contacts while at the event and landed a first-time export sale for two containers of our products valued at $23,000. We expect these sales to grow as we expand to other market segments in Argentina.”  

Herr Foods Inc. exports a full line of quality snacks that consists of the best selling items in the U.S.,  including potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese curls, and crackers. All are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and flavors.
